According to Della Corte, graffiti found on the left of the entrance of IX.1.18, was

(rogat) [CIL IV 1053]
Della Corte also said that although he could not know what was worked or sold here, he knew that Lollia Successa was the proprietor of the business.

According to Warscher –
this is a photo of a large aperture between the yard (which used to be the atrium), and room, where the workers probably worked (which used to be the triclinium).

IX.1.18 Pompeii. December 2006. North-west corner of cubiculum at rear of tablinum.
According to Gallo, this room had a zoccolo (lower part of the wall) painted in black, as traces could still be seen.
The middle and upper parts of the wall were now colourless, but there would have been a moulded stucco cornice.

IX.1.18 Pompeii. December 2006. Painted small vaulted niche in south-east corner of cubiculum.
According to Gallo, on the south end of the east wall of the cubiculum was a niche still with the vaulted arch in a discreet state of preservation.
In the centre of the vault painted on a white background, was a square painting of an uncertain subject.
This was in the centre of a garland in the shape of a wreath with leaves.
These were then framed by quarters of circles at the corners and half-circles in the centre of the sides and with garlands as shutters, defining the vault, on both sides.
